What's Happening: We'll have great line up of speakers and content, coming straight from your REPP team and others (who will soon be announced). Plus there will be smaller breakout sessions to ensure you get the specific information you need to make your business grow!
Okay, cool! But What Else?: Aside from absorbing tons of useful knowledge, you'll have ample opportunity to network with other Real Estate Photographers! Kevin Salgado
Kevin started Nashville Media Co. from absolute scratch with zero experience in photography! He built a $50k a month business in just a year and a half! His approach has been “all in” since the beginning and has gathered 10 non-negotiables that he believes have been the keys to his rapid success!
Cam Vankerkhove
Cam is the owner of REAL3D Media! He left his corporate career in 2019 and is now on track to be a 7 figure business in 2025 that runs without him! He also hosts a business podcast called The Real Power Podcast -- helping entrepreneurs find & build their path to financial freedom!
Colleen & Tim Kydd
Colleen and Tim Kydd own Three Palms Media! They started their business in fall of 2022, jumping in head first with an "all in" mentality. Less than 12 months later their business exceeded 100K in revenue! Year two they more than quadrupled their business and hired a team of 5 photographers with no stop in sight!
Stan Cannata

Scott Golmic
Owner of The Real Estateographers, Scott started his business within a week of moving to Jacksonville, FL. Without knowing anyone in the area, he used the Instagram method to quickly grow his business. Scott had his first $20k month just 11 months after sending his first DM! He now has four part time photographers!
Mike Namoff
Mike is the owner of Elevate Media Co! His company is testimony of what is truly possible in this industry. Warren McCarthy
Warren started his business all while being a full time student and working 48+ hours a week in the operating room in the anesthesia department. Warren was on the track to medical school but felt that going down the entrepreneur route would fulfill his long term dreams and aspirations. Todd Kivimaki
Owner of WOW Video Tours and Spiro Media. Based in Elida, Ohio, Todd launched Wow Video Tours in 2004 while in college, and it has since produced over 30,000 professional real estate video tours. The company provides a range of services including HDR wide-angle photography, tripod and flying video tours, 3D tours, and aerial footage.Spiro Media, developed out of the needs identified through WOW Video Tours, helps professionals market, manage, and scale their businesses effectively. Today, WOW Video Tours operates with a team of photographers across five states, handling 12,000+ listings annually for over 60 brokerages.
Tyler Graham
Tyler Graham is a 24-year-old entrepreneur with a business degree and a master’s in Digital Media & Marketing. He started Weston Media at 23 -- with his first paid shoot in March of 2023, and grew it from $7K to $30K in monthly revenue just four months into REPP coaching as a solo operator. Today, he leads a team of 3 photographers and 2 virtual assistants! He built his company from zero experience in real estate to an almost fully referral-based business by maintaining a positive work ethic, offering free shoots, and always putting the agents’ needs first.

Who is the REPP2024 conference for?
Literally anyone who is interested in learning about the real estate photography business! We’ve planned REPP2024 content with all skill levels and business sizes in mind. There will be amazingly useful content geared towards those of you who are about to do their first shoot, all the way up to multi-photographer teams! With live speakers addressing a host of topics applicable to all different kinds of RE photo business owners, REPP2024 will prepare you and your business for success in 2025 and beyond!
Can I upgrade my ticket?
Yes! If you would like to upgrade your access from a general admission ticket to a higher access level, pease email us at hello@repplaunch.com. Please note that VIP and MVP tickets are limited, so be sure to reach out to us ASAP!
What's the scoop on hotels and the airport?
REPP2024 will be hosted on the Las Vegas Strip; specifically at Park MGM!
The conference does not have an official hotel, but affordable options are plentiful along the Strip! For a full list of recommended locations, CLICK HERE!
The closest airport with commercial service is Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) and is a quick Uber ride to the Strip!
