Where: Estes Park, CO (Rocky Mountain State Park)

Hike: Sky Pond via Glacier Gorge Trail
Trail stats: 9–9.5 mile roundtrip with about 1,750 ft of gain, topping out at 10,880 ft - plan on roughly five plus hours of steady movement at altitude.
Highlights: Alberta Falls → mirror-like Loch Vale → short scramble up Timberline Falls → the dramatic spires and turquoise water of Sky Pond.
Skill check: One 100-yard hands-and-feet rock scramble next to the waterfall; sturdy footwear, sure footing, and micro-spikes are strongly recommended.
Mountain conditions: Morning start, 35–60°F swings, intense sun, and routine afternoon storms. Be acclimated, layered, and ready to clear high ground by early afternoon.
Pack & fuel: 15–25L backpack loaded with 2+ liters of water, high-energy snacks, and your packed lunch (or grab the one we provide).
Layers for varying weather: Rain shell, light fleece or puffy, spare dry T-shirt for the summit, sun hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, SPF lip balm, and light gloves.
Footing & traction: Broken-in hiking boots or trail shoes with solid grip; trekking poles and micro-spikes make the waterfall scramble and any lingering snow far safer.
Trail basics: Phone or camera, toilet paper/wipes with a pack-out bag (no facilities on route), plus any small first-aid or personal items you can’t hike without.
A full list is provided in the FAQ section.
10-Hour Adventure: Expect about 6–7 hours on the trail, including a mid-hike breakfast break and mastermind conversations.
Rocky Mountain Views: Alberta Falls, Loch Vale, Timberline Falls, and the turquoise bowl of Sky Pond
Moderate-to-Strenuous Effort: 9 mi round-trip, ~1,750 ft of gain, and one short hands-and-feet scramble; suitable for hikers comfortable moving at altitude.
Built-In Mastermind: Trail-side check-ins turn the scenery into a backdrop for practical, business-focused conversations with peers earning $5K+ per month.
Lunch on the Grill: Providing a fire ban isn't in affect, we'll grill out after the hike. If there is a fire ban, we'll provide an alternate lunch option.
Exclusive Connections: Small-group size means real talk, shared challenges, and supportive feedback you can act on right away.
Clear Takeaways: Finish the day with fresh ideas, new contacts, and a mountain experience you’ll remember long after the summit photo.
