TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By checking this box and submitting payment or confirming participation, the Sponsor agrees to all terms outlined in this agreement.

Location & Date
The Conference is held at Planet Hollywood Las Vegas in Las Vegas, Nevada on November 7-8, 2025.

Payment Terms
All sponsorship payments must be submitted in full at the time of registration or invoice. A successful payment is required to confirm your sponsorship placement and benefits. If payment is not completed, the Event Organizer reserves the right to release the sponsorship spot and revoke any associated benefits or participation.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Sponsorships are non-refundable. If the sponsor chooses to withdraw at any point after signing the agreement, no refunds will be issued. If the event is canceled by the Organizer due to circumstances beyond control, sponsors may receive partial credit or placement in a future event, at the discretion of the Organizer.

Designated Vendor Tables
Vendor tables are designated promotional booths located near the back of the room and may have a limited view of the stage. These spaces are intended for light promotion and networking; not for formal tradeshow-style setups. Vendors may not bring their own signage, as official signage will be provided by the event organizers. Small giveaways such as flyers, business cards, or branded swag are allowed, but we ask that promotional materials remain minimal to maintain a clean and professional environment. Sponsors must comply with setup times and restrictions provided by the event Organizer. No heavy equipment, loud audio, or obstruction of walkways is allowed. Sponsors are responsible for keeping their area clean and professional.

Video Commercials
Sponsors are responsible for producing their own video commercial. All final video content must be submitted for approval to the REPP Conference team no later than 30 days before the event begins.

Logos & Branding
The Event Organizer will respect and preserve the integrity of each Sponsor’s logo and brand. However, all graphics and materials will be designed to align with the event’s overall branding guidelines, not the individual branding of the Sponsor.

Deliverables & Deadlines
Sponsors are responsible for submitting all deliverables (logos, video ads, graphics, promotional materials, etc.) by the deadlines provided. Missed deadlines may result in the exclusion of those assets from the event or marketing materials. Deadlines will be sent out with plenty of notice.

Communication
Sponsors agree to direct all communication to the Event Organizer via email at [email protected]

Sponsor Representative Attendance
Sponsor Representatives must register with the Event Organizer in order to participate. If the total number of representatives coming is more than the allotted amount included with your sponsorship tier, you can purchase a plus one ticket for $247 each. This information can be sent directly to [email protected].

Changes to Conference
The Event Organizer reserves the right to update the speaker lineup, presentation schedule, or overall agenda if unforeseen circumstances arise. Should the conference date need to be changed due to events beyond the Organizer’s control, attendees will have the option to cancel their registration at no cost. However, the Organizer will not be liable for any additional expenses incurred by participants, including travel, lodging, or other related costs.

Photography & Videography
Photography and video recording may take place throughout the Conference for use in promotional content, public broadcasts, and future marketing efforts. By attending the event, participants grant the Organizer and its affiliates the right to capture and use their image, voice, and likeness in any media, without restriction on time, location, or format. This includes, but is not limited to, use on the event website, social media channels, and in printed or digital marketing materials. By participating, attendees waive any current or future claims for compensation or approval related to the use of these recordings. The Event Organizer is not required to supply any of the forementioned medias to the Sponsors.

Liability Waiver
The Event Organizer is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items belonging to the Sponsor. Sponsors participate at their own risk and are liable for any damage they cause to the venue or other attendees.
