Wanted to shout out REPP Coaching. Went from 2k at the beginning of the year starting our business, to never hitting below 10K this summer, hitting out first 15K month, and last month was out best month at 28k just my wife and I. It’s possible! I was hoping I could just make 2k a month this summer to replace my 2nd part time job. I had told Jared I was afraid of leaving my job because I didn’t think I could break 4k in April. Thank you guys, didn’t think it would be possible and I see so much more value in coaching now.

As my time here in coaching comes to an end I just want to thank everyone here, from the coaches to the community, who helped me grow in my business over the last 6 months. This program truly changed my life. On my first day of coaching, I wrote on my goal board that I wanted to have a 14K month by the end of October. I was making about 1K (maybe) when I started. As of today I hit a little over 15k! If you’re just getting started, write down your goals, put them somewhere you can see everyday, and listen to what the coaches tell you to do, try to get as much knowledge as you can while you are here, and you will be successful! I hope to come back and see you all in FRWRD in the future :blush:

I joined REPP Coaching in June of 2024 as a Launch Student. Through the support and coaching I received I was able to grow my business from 0–$6700. After completing Launch I joined FRWRD and grew my business to a $21,500 [month]. I went from doing it all myself to hiring a VA and a part time photographer and that has allowed me to grow the business even further. I would have never reached these levels on my own without the guidance and support of REPP Coaching. I highly recommend it to anyone considering signing up!

REPP is amazing at providing what you need and pushing you to perform at your best! Once you are able to take that and run with it, you will do incredible things!! I am a great testament to this! I hit my 5k guarantee within 4 months and on track to hit my first $10k in month 5 now, despite being so broke I had to pick between buying a drone and paying my rent just over 2 months ago. My coach Karen Durbin has been amazing! She has honestly contributed so much towards changing my life and Aaron Jones who also worked with me to help figure out a plan when I couldn’t make my payments for the course. These guys have changed my life, I am making in a week what I would have made a few months ago working for 160 hours roughly, not just because I bet on myself but because I wake up everyday with the full backing of the REPP team and community ready to do the work!!

A year later... GRATEFUL! August 2024 started REPP. December 2024 resigned from education. January 2025 hit 7K and went all in. February 2025 joined Forward and hired my VA. March 2025 hit 10K. May 2025 attended a media workshop in Nashville. July 2025 hit 12K. August 2025 hit 20K and now looking to hire my first photographer. Super grateful towards Eli and his team. The REPP Coaching Program is instrumental in helping me set up the business systems, habits, and philosophies that will be the foundation of my success. At 57 yrs old, I wish I would have started years earlier. I will be grateful for the tools I have today and will continue to learn through this program. This program includes coaches that are passionate about guiding people through the process of setting up my business and are a wealth of information. As I continue to tune up my business, I look forward to meeting with my coach every week. We discuss what I've done well and what I need to practice a little more. 3 weeks into the program and I have learned so much more than I thought I would for the start. The team from top to bottom is so helpful. My coach, Rayana has been a great sounding board and cheerleader for pushing through my checklists. Beneta has been giving great pointers for our test shoots and we have improved vastly. Group calls with Jeremy and Shannon have been a good way to connect with others and ask all of the questions with people who have gone through the process. Even the live calls with Todd (Spiro) and Eli (REPP founder) were stellar. Would recommend this program to all and wish I could time travel back a few years to have started even earlier. If you need, they have. If they don't have, they find the people to make it happen!
