This Agreement governs your use of all programs, products, services, materials, and communications provided by Real Estate Photographer Pro, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The term “you” refers to the purchaser or user. By accessing or using any of our offerings, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to access or use our products, programs, or services.

2. Refund Policy

- FRWRD and LAUNCH refund terms are governed by your signed enrollment contract.

- Any chargeback or dispute not initiated through our refund process will be treated as fraud. We reserve the right to report such incidents to credit agencies and terminate all access.

- Facebook Group access is a bonus, not a product. If banned due to violation of group rules, no refund will be issued.

3. Text, Call & Email Opt-In (TCPA Compliance)

By using this site or submitting your information through any form or interaction, you agree to receive marketing calls and text messages (including calls and texts sent using automated technology), and emails from Real Estate Photographer Pro, LLC at the contact information you provide. These communications may include information about this offer and related products or services, and may be made or sent at any time, including outside the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. local time. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text message or managing your communication preferences as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Earnings Disclaimer (FTC Compliance)

We make no income, earnings, or business guarantees. Results vary by individual effort and market conditions. Nothing we offer is a business opportunity or get-rich-quick scheme. Any testimonials are not typical. You are solely responsible for your results.

5. Use License

If you purchase or are formally granted access to our programs, you are provided a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our proprietary systems, templates, frameworks, and materials solely within your own business. No license is granted to anyone who has not paid for or been explicitly authorized to access our materials.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

- Share, sell, or redistribute program materials

- Represent our materials as your own

- Use our training to create competing services

- Violate copyright, trademark, or IP protections

- Share login credentials with others

7. Intellectual Property

All content is owned by Real Estate Photographer Pro, LLC and protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. Program names, frameworks, and materials are proprietary. Use is restricted to your personal license only. Use of our brand, training systems, client onboarding workflows, sales scripts, or business processes is licensed only for use inside your own business and may not be shared, duplicated, or taught as part of any competing program, course, coaching offer, or service.

8. User Submissions

By submitting testimonials, content, or participating in media (such as our Facebook Group), you grant us an unrestricted, royalty-free license to use your name, image, video, and comments in marketing and promotional materials.

9. Media Release

You consent to being recorded (photo, video, audio) during participation. We reserve the right to use such media in current or future promotions without compensation.

10. Security & Confidentiality

We protect your personal data using industry-standard safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute security. Submission of sensitive data is at your own risk.

11. Disclaimers

Our programs, products, and services are for informational purposes only. We are not attorneys, CPAs, therapists, or financial advisors.

12. Technology Disclaimer

14. Dispute Resolution (Binding Arbitration)

All disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration in Dallas, TX, under AAA rules.

You waive the right to bring claims in court, in small claims, or as part of a class action.

Arbitration must begin within one year of the event. The prevailing party may recover legal fees.

15. FTC/Advertising Compliance

We do not guarantee results. Any affiliate links, testimonials, or income claims reflect personal experience and are not typical. You may not use our materials or brand to make unsubstantiated claims.

16. Modification

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
