April 18 | Sedona, AZ

The REPP Hike is a high-energy day built around movement, community, and real conversation.

This is for you if...

You’re in real estate media and want to connect with others who actually understand your world.

You enjoy a physical challenge and don’t mind earning the view; knowing the effort it takes makes the summit that much better.

You value community, real conversation, and being around people who are actively building something meaningful.

This is not for you if...

You’re looking for a beginner-friendly stroll — Bear Mountain Trail is definitely challenging with real elevation gain.

You don’t like early mornings or putting in effort before the sun is fully up.

You’re expecting a structured mastermind with scheduled sessions and formal presentations.

🏜️

Spend the day earning the view and having the type of conversations that actually move things forward.

This isn’t your standard mastermind. It’s a sunrise hike followed by a full day of hanging out, eating good food, and connecting with other real estate media business owners.

What the Day Looks Like

After the hike, we’ll head back to the Airbnb for a cookout-style lunch, pool time, games, and relaxed conversations with other real estate media pros.

About the Hike

Hike: Bear Mountain Trail – Sedona, Arizona

Trail Stats: Approximately 4.6 to 5 miles roundtrip with about 2,000 ft of elevation gain. Expect roughly 4.5-6 hours total depending on pace, with steady uphill sections along the way.

Highlights: Expansive red rock views, sweeping panoramas of Sedona, and one of the best summit payoffs in the area. Clear days offer 360° views that make the effort worth it.

Skill Check: This is considered a difficult hike. It’s steep, exposed in sections, and includes rock scrambling. Good footwear, strong footing, and moderate fitness are important. Not a casual stroll.

Weather Conditions: Early mornings are typically cool (40s–50s°F) with midday temps climbing into the 60s–70s°F. Expect strong sun exposure, minimal shade, and dry trail conditions. Hydration, sun protection, and layered clothing are key.

What to Bring

Fuel Up & Hydrate: Bring a small daypack with at least 2 liters of water, electrolytes, and solid snacks. This will be challenging. You’ll want steady energy on the way up. We’ll take care of lunch after.

Layer for the Desert: Early morning starts can feel cool, but Sedona heats up fast. Wear light layers you can peel off, plus sun protection (hat, sunglasses, sunscreen).

Good Shoes Only: Trail runners or hiking shoes with solid grip. Absolutely no steel toed boots, dress shoes, etc. Traction is key!

Keep it Simple: Phone for photos (you’ll want them), a few personal essentials, and anything you need for 3–4 hours of steady movement.

Post-Hike Mode: Swimsuit, towel, and chill clothes. After we earn the summit, we’re hanging at the Airbnb — pool, food, and real conversations.
