How the Experience is Designed

General Overview

This isn’t a talk-heavy event or a packed schedule.

A few short, intentional talks across the two days are there to spark ideas and conversations. Beyond that, the experience is intentionally open; shared meals, great conversations, time outside, and space to reset. You’ll see groups naturally forming to hang by the beach, head out on the boat, or jump on jet skis as the weekend unfolds.

This is a RETREAT - which means it is one part mastermind, one part vacation.

Travel & Lodging

Travel and lodging are not included with your ticket. Attendees are responsible for their own accommodations and transportation.

Airports

Fort Lauderdale (FLL) and Miami International Airport (MIA) are both about 30 minutes away... but Miami tends to have cheaper airfare options!

Hotels

We suggest staying near Sunny Isles Beach, Florida for the most convenient experience. We don’t have any promotional rates with local hotels, so feel free to choose what works best for you.

Getting To & From the Retreat

We will send you the address after ticket purchase.

We recommend using Uber or Lyft for all transportation to and from the event. There is no on-site parking available, so rideshare is required for all attendees.

If you will have a personal vehicle, there is a Publix located less than two miles away where some attendees may choose to park at their own discretion. Please note that this is not an official parking option, and any vehicle left there is parked at your own risk.

FRWRD & VIP Members - Complimentary Tickets

Active FRWRD & VIP members receive a complimentary ticket and (1) plus one ticket to the REPP Retreat. Active members are considered as someone who is currently enrolled in the REPP Coaching FRWRD or VIP program and is in good standing at the time of the event.

Because this is an in-person experience with limited capacity, complimentary tickets require proof of travel or close-by residency. This helps ensure spots go to members who can realistically attend and be present for the experience.

Refunds & Cancellations

Complimentary FRWRD & VIP Member Tickets

If you received a complimentary ticket as an active FRWRD or VIP member and later find that you’re unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible so we can offer the spot to another member.

To ensure attendance, we will reach out approximately two weeks prior to the event to request proof of travel or close-by residency. If we do not receive a response or verification by the requested deadline, the complimentary ticket will be revoked and the attendee will be notified.

Standard Tickets

All standard tickets are non-refundable. Due to the limited-capacity nature of this in-person experience, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or no-shows.
